Desmond Tutu and Nomalizo Leah Shenxane
Desmond and Nomalizo (a teacher) were married July 2, 1955. Desmond Tutu is a cleric and activist from South Africa. He gained fame by being an outspoken opponent of apartheid. He won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1984.
